Now, why is that when people know there is a specific way of doing things, and a manner in which they are done...why do they go outside of the set path? Most of the time when they do that, it ususally results in them screwing things up or making themselves look like idiots.

What is really amazing to me is how much people have to feel secure by having themselves feel like they belong…being part of the good old boys club.
